I had first met Wilmarose and Joe when I photographed their wedding day over 4 years ago, I didn't expect it to become such a great friendship (with Joe and myself anyway) and through the years we've had more shoots, worked together, hung out together and they are basically my family now. So when they asked me to do their anniversary/maternity (if you wonder why her skinny self is holding her belly all the time, yes, she is pregnant) I of course jumped at the chance. So enjoy the photos and to my dudes, sorry, as Joe will make you feel fat. Like he made me feel once he took his shirt off, haha.
cristelle & robert / land and sea
Big Sur, every photographers dream. Everyone's dreams actually. Since moving to New York I haven't had many opportunities to photograph in open spaces, so when Cristelle and Robert asked me to capture their nuptials, I jumped at the chance. I got bring my right hand man, Kim, with me so I knew we'd have a great time. I'll follow up this post with some personal film shots that I had taken on our journey. Enjoy the favorites.
lauren & jay / dualities
Light and dark, high and low, hot and cold, fire and water, life and death, male and female, sun and moon, Lauren and Jay.
andrea & bryn / hand in hand
I've been waiting to blog Andrea and Bryn's wedding, as they are some of my favorite people out there. The love, humility and sincere sweetness that exudes from them can light up any room and it doesn't hurt that they are drop dead gorgeous as well. You might remember their engagement session that spanned coast to coast, now enjoy their wedding that was also featured on Style Me Pretty. From there you can see all the pretty details that After the Engagement and so many other amazing vendors put together, I'll showcase my personal favorites here. A big thanks to Jennifer Sosa and my associate Kim Marcelo for photographing with me and I also got to work alongside my great friend Tim Twinem of Velare Imaginarium, who's video is at the end. Enjoy
carren & mike / holding on
A few weeks ago I met up with Carren and Mike in San Diego and we made some magic.
