laura & danny / houston hall manhattan wedding

Chaz Cruz

I love hanging with Laura and Danny, all we do is crack jokes and drink beers. So their wedding day was the same, except we were all dressed up a little more than usual. Their wedding was designed by the fabulous Tinsel & Twine and they added the extra vibes to Houston Hall. Pop on over to Grey Likes Weddings to see their feature with more details. Also, a big thanks to Sheena of Unique Lapin for shooting this along side me.

diana & carlos / true / the foundry long island city wedding

Chaz Cruz

When couples become true friends, we all gain so much more than memories. We create even more memories together past the wedding day. Diana and Carlos' wedding was one for the books, as soon as I walked into the room I knew it was going to be special. Diana brought together an all-star team to encapsulate her vision. With the design by Diana herself, florals by Ivie Joy, calligraphy by Written Word Calligraphy and all housed at The Foundry in Long Island City. Manning the second camera for me was Silvia Foz and with cinematography by A&Y, we collaborated on some amazing visuals. Also, see the feature on Green Wedding Shoes to see more details as well as the other vendors who helped put together this beautiful wedding.

elizabeth & adam / stars of the silver screen / museum of the moving image queens wedding

Chaz Cruz

Well hello blog, its been a while. Popping back out for 2017, I wanted to start the blog off right with this rad wedding at the Museum of the Moving Image. Elizabeth and Adam are stars, stars in life, stars to each other and stars to everyone they love and who love them back. So it was fitting that these two get their screen time and showcase their love via the big screen. With an all-star cast of Color Pop Events, Sachi Rose Floral Design, Bruno’s on the Boulevard and Glam Squad, we started at the Paper Factory hotel then headed to the museum to light up Queens with an epic party. Check out my favorites here as well as view their feature on Offbeat Bride, where you can see more killer shots and gorgeous details. Also a big thank you to Alisha Seigel for shooting this one with me.

stephanie & mc / to the top / queenstown new zealand wedding

Chaz Cruz

This one, so much yes. I had the opportunity to travel to New Zealand with the always awesome Tim Twinem of Velare. We were there to witness my friends Stephanie and MC taking the plunge on top of the world. Not much to say with this one except that the two days felt surreal, we fought the elements and the everything else to create and it is some of my favorite imagery that I've created. We also got a feature on Junebug Weddings and one image was accepted into their 2016 Best of the Best Destination Photography collection

christine & ted / five dates / 26 bridge brooklyn wedding

Chaz Cruz

Five dates. Five dates was the challenge that Christine and Ted's pastor issued to them to see if they were made for each other. And as you can see, they were. Along with the incomparable Jove Meyer, we descended upon DUMBO and 26 Bridge for one of the most gorgeous weddings I've ever been a part of. With the team of Kim Marcelo, A.P. Bio, and Real Food Catering, we were honored to grace the August/September issue of Brides Magazine.
